1.  Understand Your Financial Goals and Needs

The client experience begins by getting to know your financial goals and needs, through a series of conversations with the portfolio manager.  This interaction is held in strict confidence so that your privacy is maintained.

2.  Agree to an Investment Plan

A formal investment plan that is agreed-upon by you and Headsail is our commitment in writing to your specific financial objectives.  This investment policy statement becomes our guide in forming investment decisions on your behalf.

3.  Safeguard Your Wealth

The safety of your funds is critical for your peace of mind.  Your account is held with a reputable third party custodian, National Bank Correspondent Network which is wholly owned by National Bank of Canada.  Your funds are your funds, Headsail advises and makes changes to your investments, we don't have access to your funds.

4.  Communicate Regularly With Clients

A formal schedule of client communication would include: monthly statements from a custodian, quarterly information package disclosing holdings, performance and fees.  The quarterly package will also include a detailed commentary with respect to significant changes to your account.

5.  Answer All Your Questions

Each client receives a direct line to the portfolio manager to answer any question related to your investments.
